Zeabe is seeking a dedicated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our welcoming team. You will oversee the entire hiring process, from reviewing applications to welcoming new team members into our family.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills, with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies, including ATS and CRM systems.
  • A keen eye for accuracy and organization throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ability to efficiently handle data entry tasks.
  • Familiarity with relevant terminology is a plus.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience who are eager to grow.
  • Ability to effectively use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Job Responsibilities
  • Review CVs and applications submitted via various platforms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct phone interviews to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Organize and book Zoom calls for comprehensive pre-employment discussions with candidates.
  • Ensure all pre-employment requirements are met, including physical tests and police clearances.
  • Maintain regular communication with applicants to track their progress and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
  • Assist in organizing applicants’ transition to the physical office for onboarding, collaborating with team members.
  • Perform data entry in the CRM system to keep applicant records accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process, upholding high standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting overall recruitment goals.
