We are looking for a specialist who thrives on the chase. You should have 3–5 years of experience in boutique or niche agencies supporting AU, US, or UK markets. You are an expert at identifying and engaging passive candidates who aren’t looking for work until you call them.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business or Human Resources.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of specialized recruitment or sales experience, ideally within Australian markets.
  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills; you must be persuasive and credible when speaking to executive-level talent.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Bullhorn ATS, MS Teams, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication tools.
  • Personal Attributes: You are resilient, goal-oriented, and possess the “Interpersonal Savvy” to build trust quickly.
Job Responsibilities
  • Passive Talent Mapping: Utilize advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to connect with 30 potential candidates daily.
  • High-Volume Screening: Review at least 120 candidate CVs daily within our ATS to find the “diamond in the rough”.
  • Insightful Assessment: Conduct 12 quality pre-screening interviews per day, focusing on fit, motivation, and technical skill.
  • Executive Submissions: Facilitate video profiles and compile comprehensive assessments for 15 high-quality submissions per week.
  • Target Achievement: Maintain a consistent track record of 3 successful placements per week.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance within the Bullhorn ATS.
