As the Receptionist & Virtual Assistant at Elite Imaging Group. you will be the first point of contact for clients and play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience for patients. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, this role requires supporting our patient booking process, particularly for radiology and ultrasound appointments, through both phone and online scheduling. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, experience in healthcare (specifically radiology), and proficiency with practice management software.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience with radiology and ultrasound bookings is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn practice management software (experience with Visage by ProMedicus is a plus).
- Strong English communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A welcoming personality and professional presentation are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and online enquiries, providing information on services, answering questions, and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Manage the clinic’s online booking schedule, ensuring accuracy and availability for all ultrasound services.
- Learn and navigate our booking software (Visage by ProMedicus), updating records as necessary for patient scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage appointments, calendars, and meetings.
- Handle general email enquiries.
- Assist with data entry, maintain visitor and call logs, and document patient interactions.
- Monitor access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Provide support to various departments as required.
