Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clients to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and Endorse Applicants for Client interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Enhance and promote the Client’s brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.
