Job Description
The Project Manager (Constructor) is responsible for managing all aspects of new site developments and upgrades of WrkPod facilities. This includes preparing and presenting detailed project scopes for management sign-off, planning and overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and regulations.
This role is ideal for a qualified project manager with experience in construction and renovations, and who has a strong grasp of the Philippine building and regulatory landscape. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Certification or training in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction, site development, or renovations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Philippines legislative and regulatory framework for construction.
- Demonstrated experience acquiring permits and dealing with LGUs and regulatory bodies.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Scoping & Planning: Define detailed project scopes, budgets, timelines, risk assessments, and resource needs; align objectives with stakeholders; conduct site assessments; and develop draft project plans for review and approval.
- Construction & Renovation Management: Oversee all phases of construction and renovation projects; coordinate contractors and vendors; manage site activities, timelines, and issues; ensure safety compliance and timely reporting.
- Regulatory Compliance & Permitting: Manage the acquisition of all required local government permits (e.g., building, zoning, occupancy, and environmental permits); ensure compliance with Philippine laws, DOLE, and OSH standards; and coordinate with regulatory authorities and consultants.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and cost estimates; manage procurement of labor, materials, and services; develop and maintain the project Risk Register; and control budget to avoid cost overruns.
- Quality Assurance & Handover: Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction quality; manage testing and commissioning of systems; and prepare final handover documentation including as-built plans and compliance certificates.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation; provide progress reports to management; and document lessons learned to support ongoing improvement of project management practices.
