The Project Delivery Specialist is integral to the seamless execution of projects, bridging internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. This role demands a professional with hands-on experience in software project delivery, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to efficiency and process improvement. The ideal candidate will work on-site with the IT Administrator to support smooth collaboration.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project delivery, ideally in software project environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to support clear and effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies, PMP, or PRINCE2.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with other project management software and tools.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate alignment on project objectives and milestones.
  • Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp or similar software to track tasks, manage resources, and monitor progress.
  • Oversee daily project activities, including task delegation, progress tracking, and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and post-project handover reports.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to organizational standards.
  • Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and take proactive measures to minimize project disruptions.
  • Validate timekeeping records for all team members to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Promote and implement process enhancements to optimize project delivery.
  • Suggest and document best practices for project management workflows.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers, fostering transparent communication.
  • Address stakeholder inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
