The Production and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. This role also involves managing marketing efforts including social media, EDMs, blog writing, LinkedIn posts, and paid campaigns to drive lead conversion.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-2 years of online marketing experience; prior production experience is not required.
- Strong attention to detail and good written English communication skills.
- Experience in social media management and creating simple graphic content in Canva.
- Understanding of paid campaigns, including monitoring and reporting (social media & Google).
- Proactive, can-do attitude with an outcome-driven and results-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and set key priorities for the week.
- Preferred but not required: Graphic design skills and a background in eCommerce.
- Experience with strategy and content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM, Hoops CRM for job management, and Xero for invoicing (training provided).
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the order process for www.brandimpact.com.au: from Purchase Orders to Art Approvals, Order Confirmations, and Shipping notifications using WooCommerce.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and external resources on Fiverr for artwork and order execution.
- Manage social media content, including regular posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create and send EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) and manage contact lists
- Support blog writing efforts with provided training.
- Execute and monitor paid campaigns (Social and Google) and report on performance.
- Track and report lead conversions as the primary marketing metric.
- Maintain organized and timely communication with both internal teams and external partners.
