Job Description

We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized Product Data & Operations Specialist to manage product data, orders, digital assets, and system operations. This isn’t a basic data-entry job—we want someone proactive who leverages ChatGPT, Excel, and automation to streamline processes and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools (ChatGPT).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong data-auditing skills.
  • Clear written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a mindset focused on speed and efficiency.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Odoo, Cin7, or other ERP systems, plus prior experience in e-commerce, wholesale, or inventory management.
Job Responsibilities

  • ERP & Order Management: Enter and track sales/purchase orders in Odoo. Support our systems transition from Cin7 to Odoo by auditing data and resolving discrepancies. Answer incoming phone calls (clear spoken English required).

  • Data & Spreadsheet Cleaning: Maintain, clean, and standardize large datasets across Excel/Google Sheets. Prepare clean product files for bulk uploads and audit for missing or duplicate records.

  • Product Images & Digital Assets: Audit, rename, match, and organize image libraries by SKU. Upload media assets to our systems and prepare files for our marketing team.

  • AI & Process Improvement: Actively use ChatGPT/AI tools to restructure data, draft formulas, write SOPs, generate product descriptions, and optimize routine workflows.
