The Patio Factory is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail oriented individual to join our team in Dumaguete. This hybrid role combines daily procurement and supplier coordination with technical drafting support. Depending on your background and strengths, your drafting work will focus on either patio design drawings or elevation drawings for local council planning approvals.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture, or design are highly regarded
- Trade qualifications or technical training in drafting, engineering, or design preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail – this is crucial across both procurement and design tasks.
- Willingness to complete a short test during the application process to demonstrate your attention to detail.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or materials coordination (ideally in a manufacturing or construction setting).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier and council liaison.
- Proficiency in CAD or design software, depending on the design stream.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Understanding of steel fabrication or construction processes is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ordering of steel and related materials for ongoing projects.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm stock, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all material orders are aligned with project schedules and production needs.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and manage supplier data within our ERP system.
- Work closely with the production and project teams to meet material and scheduling requirements.
- Prepare technical drawings for either patio designs or elevation plans, depending on your area of expertise.
- Use CAD or other drafting software to produce clear, accurate, and build-ready drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with internal standards, manufacturing capabilities, and relevant council or regulatory requirements.
- Work with internal teams and, when needed, communicate with clients or council officers to clarify design elements or submission requirements.
