Our business is growing and we require a Personal Assistant to primarily support the company’s Director and support our Marketing Team in general to take the pressure off the Team.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Full time role working business hours in the Sydney, Australia time zone.
  • Working side by side with our current VM Philippines co-worker in Dumaguete, Negros Oriental.
  • An understanding of the role of a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across all medians, email, video calls & messaging.
  • Experienced in tools like, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, online apps and project management software.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach.
  • Keen interest in the marketing industry.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and personal support to the company director.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events, clients & Team members.
  • Assist in organising and prioritising business and personal tasks.
  • Support the production side of the marketing business, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Primarily working for & reporting directly to the Founder & Director of Visibility Marketing.
  • Working side by side with the Marketing Administrator in the Philippines helping with production of jobs.
  • Handle emails, messages, and communication on behalf of the Director.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Assist Production Team with our 6 x Service lines, Design, Print, Websites, Signage, Promo & Social.
  • Due to the personal and business nature of the tasks the correct candidate must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Full training provided for the right candidate.
