We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Virtual Assistant who is highly confident with Meta Ads and comfortable managing TikTok Ads.
You will work closely with our Australian team to build, optimise, and report on campaigns for a variety of brands.
This role is onsite and full-time.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 4+ years paid media buying experience, especially Meta (Facebook Ads Manager).
- Proven results running campaigns for e-commerce ad accounts, or professional services brands.
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF).
- Confident managing at least $20k USD/month ad spend across account.
- Solid understanding of creative testing and audience testing frameworks.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay highly organised.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Availability to work at least 7 hours per day in the AEST timezone.
- Bonus: Meta Blueprint Certification and/or TikTok Ads certification.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including Dynamic Ads, Lead Generation, and Retargeting.
- Manage TikTok ad campaigns and creatives.
- Daily campaign checks, optimisations, and troubleshooting.
- Audience research and targeting strategy.
- Reporting on key metrics (ROAS, MER, CPA, CTR, CPM).
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in ad accounts.
- Communicate with Growth Huntr team daily via Slack and Monday.
- Stay up to date on Meta and TikTok platform changes.
