This is not a general VA or campaign manager role. We need someone who understands how all the pieces of a modern B2B outbound stack connect, break, scale and automate. If you can think in systems, integrate tools, troubleshoot fast and execute without hand-holding, you’ll thrive here.
You will own the technical foundation that powers outbound LinkedIn and cold email campaigns for our clients. That means building and maintaining the integrations between our tools, keeping data clean and flowing correctly, and proactively identifying and fixing problems before they affect campaign performance. This is end-to-end ownership, from data sourcing through to sending.
You will work directly with the team with structured check-ins during onboarding, moving to autonomous operation once you’re across our systems. We move fast and we expect elite execution.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools, with building enrichment workflows, working with multiple data sources, and using AI research features.
- Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospect sourcing and list building. Strong LinkedIn prospecting knowledge is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Instantly or a comparable email platforms, campaign setup, inbox warm-up and domain management.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end outbound workflow from data sourcing through to sending.
- Strong attention to detail as data quality is critical to everything we do.
- Nice to Have:
• Experience with Expandi or similar LinkedIn automation tools (we will train the right person).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content and personalisation tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research, content drafting and workflow problem-solving.
• Understanding of B2B sales and outbound marketing, not required but helps you understand the why behind the work.
• Experience with email deliverability fundamentals.
• Familiarity with API connections and troubleshooting, particularly between outbound tools like Clay and Instantly.
• Basic understanding of DNS settings including SPF, DKIM and DMARC for email domain management.
Job Responsibilities
- Researching and building prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo based on defined ICP criteria.
- Building and running Clay enrichment workflows to clean, enrich and personalise prospect data.
- Setting up and managing cold email sequences in Instantly, including domain and inbox management.
- Managing email marketing campaigns and automations in Zoho Campaigns.
- Building and loading LinkedIn outreach sequences into Expandi using messaging templates and content produced via AI tools and systems (training provided on both).
- Managing integrations and automations between tools using Zapier to keep workflows connected and running smoothly.
- Coordinating AI-generated personalisation and adapting messaging templates for use across LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Proactively monitoring integrations between tools, identifying and troubleshooting broken connections, data mismatches and workflow failures before they impact campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance daily, flagging issues and reporting results to the team.
- Maintaining data quality across the full ZoomInfo → Clay → Instantly workflow.
- Following SOPs and contributing to refining them as our processes evolve.
- Supporting broader marketing operations including CRM and tool integrations, general marketing admin and other tech setups as directed by the team.
