Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team in a multi-faceted role. You will provide critical support across our Purchasing, Accounts, Sales, and Customer Service departments. While this is an entry-level position with full training provided, the ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills and a desire to learn complex business software.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent written English communication skills for factory and customer liaison.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to learn and navigate business software (Netsuite, Xero, Netstock).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail for financial and order entry tasks.
  • A reliable on-site work setup with a stable internet connection.
Job Responsibilities
  • Purchasing & Inventory: Use Netstock to monitor stock levels, identify low-inventory items, and assist the Purchasing Officer.
  • Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with factories regarding current orders and collaborate with the design team on product/packaging changes.
  • Order Processing: Daily entry and auditing of B2C and B2B orders, including managing printing for our Brisbane operations.
  • Financial Admin: Support the Accounts team by performing bank reconciliations and tracking customer payments using Netsuite and Xero.
  • Client & Sales Support: Answer email inquiries from B2B/B2C customers and manage product submissions via Excel for the Sales team.
