Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent written English communication skills for factory and customer liaison.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn and navigate business software (Netsuite, Xero, Netstock).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail for financial and order entry tasks.
- A reliable on-site work setup with a stable internet connection.
Job Responsibilities
- Purchasing & Inventory: Use Netstock to monitor stock levels, identify low-inventory items, and assist the Purchasing Officer.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with factories regarding current orders and collaborate with the design team on product/packaging changes.
- Order Processing: Daily entry and auditing of B2C and B2B orders, including managing printing for our Brisbane operations.
- Financial Admin: Support the Accounts team by performing bank reconciliations and tracking customer payments using Netsuite and Xero.
- Client & Sales Support: Answer email inquiries from B2B/B2C customers and manage product submissions via Excel for the Sales team.
