Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally within the virtual assistance, BPO, or tech industry, with a strong track record of optimising operations and improving client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Presentations, Spreadsheets).
- Strong foundational leadership skills and the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong project management skills and understanding of project management principles.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of AIR SECRETARY, ensuring compliance with protocols and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor workflow efficiency, implement process improvements, and reduce operational redundancies.
- Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues, resolving them quickly to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards to ensure AIR SECRETARY meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is proactively addressed.
- Foster positive relationships through transparent communication and coordination of adjustments as needed.
- Optimize resource allocation to support operational goals and control costs.
- Track budget adherence, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead, train, and support the operations team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and coordinate training initiatives to ensure team readiness.
- Collaborate with the GM and internal stakeholders to plan and execute scalable operational processes.
- Support transitions by ensuring operations can adapt to increased demand and additional client needs.
