We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager with at least five years of experience in a similar business environment, preferably within both wholesale and retail channels, including e-commerce. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the efficiency of our order and inventory management systems. Candidates with experience in wholesale and retail businesses—even without online experience—are welcome to apply.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Preferably a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Senior Business Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of
experience in a similar business environment, ideally involving both
wholesale and retail sales channels, including e-commerce. - Experience with stock control systems, preferably similar to Unleashed , Cin7 or other inventory management platforms.
- Experience managing local freight to retailers is advantageous.
- Ability to work unsupervised and be reliable.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is beneficial but not required.
- Experience with similar inventory management systems is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to learn additional business processes and assist with marketing tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Check, reply, and resolve all customer emails.
- Order Management: Process all wholesale orders using Unleashed and
UpStock. - Freight Management: Manage online deliveries, including booking and
following up on freight to retailers. - B2B Platform Management: Maintain and manage the B2B wholesale
ordering platform UpStock. - Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer support for wholesale and online customers.
- Sales Follow-Up: Follow up with retailers to encourage repeat sales.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on sales and stock levels
- Stockist Management: Manage the stockist list on the website, ensuring
alignment with UpStock, Unleashed, and Xero. - Donation Calculation: Calculate the monthly donation for Splash.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of our product range to effectively support customer enquiries via email, social media, and website chat.
- Knowledge System Development: Willingness to learn and expand our
knowledge system, including FAQs, to enhance customer support and
engagement. - Social Media & Website Engagement: Respond to website chat and
social media comments promptly and professionally.
