This role is a balanced mix of general administration, recruitment coordination support, and executing recurring bookkeeping and HR data tracking tasks under direct client guidance and final approval.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or operational admin support role (Australian BPO/client experience is highly advantageous).
- Exceptional proficiency with Google Workspace (advanced Google Sheets skills are critical).
- Absolute precision in data entry, tracking numbers, and following established SOPs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional inbox management.
Job Responsibilities
- Administrative & Operational Support: Actively monitor, triage, and manage the administrative inbox using established templates. Collect data to prepare daily/weekly operational reports (Abacus reports, meeting stats, sales/total stats, and KPI tracking) and share updates via WhatsApp.
- HR & Recruitment Coordination Support: Support the hiring pipeline by shortlisting potential candidates on SEEK based on predefined criteria. Coordinate logistics and document preparation for onboarding/offboarding, track probation periods, and administratively route leave requests for approval.
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry Assistance: Execute weekly data entry for payroll and superannuation tracking across multiple brands. Perform routine reconciliation of accounts, track ATO payment schedules, and draft monthly/weekly P&L summaries and commission calculations for executive review.
