Offshore Sales Manager

Job Description

As our Offshore Sales Manager, you will own and drive the front-end sales process — from lead generation and qualification through to pipeline management, proposals, and reporting.

This is not an admin role. It’s a hunter position for a salesperson who thrives on autonomy, knows how to build relationships with corporate decision-makers, and is motivated by both results and commission.

You’ll work directly with the CEO (Australia) and play a pivotal role in scaling a high-performance offshore sales team.
