Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (OneDrive, SharePoint,
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experienced in online collaboration platforms (e.g., Aconex).
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and professional integrity.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls or take accurate messages.
- Prepare, photocopy, compile, and sort business documents, contracts, and invoices.

- Operate and manage computer and administrative systems effectively.
- Proofread and edit documents; maintain databases accurately.
- Provide secretarial support across the business, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with general project administration including correspondence distribution and deadline tracking.
- Create templates and documents related to Quality Assurance and Work Health & Safety using Office 365 tools.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and schedules.
- Use collaboration platforms such as Aconex for document management and transmittals.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed.
- Conduct research and assist with reporting for potential development sites.
- Manage mail sorting and distribution.
