Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for optimizing pay-per-click campaigns? Visibility Marketing is seeking an experienced Meta & Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team! Your top priority will be managing Meta ads and social media ads, followed by Google Ads, while leveraging your website skills to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

As a Meta & Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms, ensuring our clients achieve exceptional ROI. You will work closely with the Owner/Director, Digital Manager, Web & SEO Expert, and Production Manager on our CLIENTS’ services/accounts. While social media is just one of our offerings, Visibility Marketing provides a complete suite of services, including Design, Print, Signage, Websites, Social Media, and Promo Products.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Familiarity with website landing page creation and optimization.
  • Experience with PPC tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google My Business.
  • Solid understanding of SEM principles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • We have a digital marketing team but you will be expected to hit the ground running taking over current accounts and establishing new ones.
  • Vibrant personality & sense of humour are mandatory.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) to create visually appealing ads.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Some experience running LinkedIn ads & TikTok ads would be ideal.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create, Manage, and Optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media channels.
  • Track Ad Performance and continuously adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Conduct A/B Testing for creative and copy to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage Google Ads Campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks.
  • Perform Keyword Research, competitor analysis, and bid management to ensure effective targeting.
  • Monitor and Adjust Campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions.
  • Install Pixels, Google Tags, and other tracking tools for effective campaign management.
  • Support Development and Maintenance of website content related to PPC campaigns.
  • Provide Regular Reports on the performance of paid campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Analyze Campaign Data and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Own the PPC Space and report directly to the Director.
