Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing or operations.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and analytics.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Experience with Shopify and e-commerce management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Ontraport or ActiveCampaign.
- Understanding of the Australian outdoor lifestyle (caravanning, boating, camping).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- A passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to take on ad hoc projects and adapt to new challenges.
- A team player who can collaborate well with others while also taking ownership of tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics, write captions, and draft engaging social media posts.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
- Schedule and manage posts across all platforms, including Reels, Advertising, and YouTube.
- Edit videos for use on websites, social media channels, and advertising campaigns.
- Write blogs and articles on caravanning, boating, and trailer maintenance.
- Craft persuasive sales letters for campaigns.
- Enter and update data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Update price lists and product availability.
- Assist with the development and management of our Shopify e-commerce store.
- Add new products, update prices, and manage inventory availability.
- Create and modify graphics and promotional banners.
- Assist with the transition to Ontraport CRM, including setup and management of automations and deals.
- Maintain and update CRM data for marketing campaigns (Ontraport or ActiveCampaign experience preferred).
- Curate detailed sales lists and track potential leads.
- Help the team with ad hoc marketing, event planning, and operational support.
- Provide general support to the team on various projects as needed, including events, operations, and marketing tasks.
