Your mission: keep RISE’s marketing, community, and operations running smoothly and on‑time so our coaches can focus on serving members and growing the business.
You’ll combine content, tech, and operations: publishing content, managing launches and automations, keeping the CRM clean, and making sure members have a seamless experience.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing / operations experience (remote preferred).
- Strong Canva skills and video editing ability for short‑form content.
- Solid content creation instincts – you know what connects with an audience.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
- CRM experience – ideally GoHighLevel, or similar tools.
- Tech‑savvy and a fast learner – new tools don’t scare you.
- Proactive, initiative‑taker – you spot what needs doing before you’re asked.
- Results‑driven with a genuine growth mindset – you care about outcomes, not just outputs.
- Bonus points if you have:
• Experience working with coaches, educators, or service‑based businesses.
• A background in or understanding of real estate or property management.
Job Responsibilities
- Content & Marketing:
• Upload and schedule YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and social content.
• Write compelling titles, descriptions, and captions that sound like RISE.
• Design Canva graphics, PDFs, and downloadable resources.
• Create and edit Reels and short‑form video content.
• Maintain a simple, consistent content calendar across platforms. - Admin & Operations:
• Manage onboarding emails, reminders, and client communications.
• Monitor automations and maintain systems so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Organise files, Drives, and documentation with care and precision. - Sales & Lead Support:
• Update and track CRM leads and pipelines in GoHighLevel.
• Send proposals and follow‑up messages on behalf of the team. - Project Coordination & Events:
• Support webinar and live event preparation and logistics.
• Maintain progress trackers and status reports so everyone knows what’s happening. - Community Management:
• Publish posts, prompts, and announcements to the RISE community.
• Keep resources, navigation, and member access up to date.
• Support member onboarding and troubleshoot basic access issues.
• Publish reminders and engagement prompts to keep the community active.
