- Strong social media and content creation skills.
- Excellent written English and communication.
- Highly organised and self-managed.
- Confident using AI tools and modern technology.
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for children’s wellbeing, mindset, resilience, or education.
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and positively.
- Highly Regarded:
• Experience in publishing, education, coaching, or personal development industries.
• Experience booking events or workshops.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation.
• Experience with PR or outreach campaigns.
• Experience with CRM systems and automations.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand Growth:
• Create and schedule engaging social media content across:
◦ Instagram
◦ Facebook
◦ TikTok
◦ LinkedIn
• Write captions, reels concepts, hooks, and promotional posts.
• Help grow the MindFit Kids and Albert the Wise Unicorn brand awareness.
• Coordinate launch campaigns for upcoming books.
• Assist with marketing funnels and email campaigns.
• Source podcast, media, and PR opportunities.
• Research schools, bookstores, stockists, and partnership opportunities.
• Help market workshops, author visits, and school programs. - School Workshop Coordination:
• Handle incoming workshop enquiries.
• Manage bookings and confirmations.
• Coordinate schedules with schools.
• Follow up leads and maintain relationships.
• Send workshop information packs and invoices.
• Maintain booking systems and CRM records.
• Help fill workshop calendars across WA and Australia. - AI & Systems Management:
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation software etc.) to:
◦ Generate content ideas
◦ Streamline workflows
◦ Assist with marketing systems
◦ Improve productivity
• Understand how to leverage AI to scale a growing brand.
• Assist in creating systems and automations for expansion. - Publishing & Growth Support:
• Support the launch of Book 2.
• Assist with future releases across a planned 32-book series.
• Coordinate with printers, publishers, bookstores, and distributors where required.
• Help build relationships with literary agents, schools, and educational organisations.
• Track marketing campaigns and performance metrics. - Customer Service & Community Management:
• Respond to enquiries professionally and warmly.
• Engage with followers and community members online.
• Support parents, schools, and workshop attendees.
• Maintain the high-end, heart-led, empowering tone of the brand.
