Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience managing marketing for a single brand with sub-brands or multiple locations, ideally within the health or mental health sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including website management and SEO.
- Experience with social media strategy and management, including familiarity with scheduling tools.
- Ability to create marketing materials and digital content using design tools (e.g., Canva or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms and sub-brands.
- Experience in owning and managing a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and strategic thinking skills, with a long-term focus on team integration and growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the main brand and its sub-brands, ensuring consistent messaging tailored to the unique needs of each location.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of multiple location-based websites, enhancing visibility and user engagement through effective SEO practices.
- Ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, including social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage the social media presence of the main brand and sub-brands, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to maximize reach and interaction.
- Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, merchandise, and digital content using design tools (e.g., Canva), ensuring brand consistency across all sub-brands.
- Produce engaging video content and internal training materials that support both marketing initiatives and team development.
- Lead the planning and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns, crafting effective messaging for both the main brand and its sub-brands.
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, coordinating content distribution and campaign rollouts across all platforms to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and clinical staff, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
