The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing WrkPod’s marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new business opportunities, and support customer retention.
This role works closely with the Customer Success Manager to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and company objectives.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM systems).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Proficiency in GHL (GoHighLevel) is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that align with WrkPod’s goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Create annual and quarterly marketing plans with measurable objectives.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including recruitment campaigns, website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of content, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and case studies, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Ensure consistency of WrkPod’s brand voice, messaging, and visuals across all platforms and materials.
- Develop media releases, newsletters, and internal communication tools.
- Represent WrkPod at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to gather client feedback and integrate insights into marketing campaigns.
- Create marketing collateral to support customer onboarding and training initiatives.
- Develop testimonials and case studies to highlight successful partnerships.
- Supervise and mentor members of the marketing team.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
