Our business is experiencing a rapid growth phase, and we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. Your role will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence, driving online engagement, and supporting our growth objectives through strategic marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products. This role will enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The Marketing Manager will be tasked with optimizing our digital marketing strategies across various platforms, managing social media accounts, creating and directing content, and assessing analytics to make data-driven decisions.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google and Facebook ads.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Self motivated with high levels of initiative.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exposure to Australian culture.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with video editing and graphic design tools.
  • Experienced in using AI technology.
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google and Facebook ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan, write, and create social media posts across various platforms.
  • Direct and collaborate with team members to produce visual and video content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with other creators and influencers.
  • Monitor social media trends and make recommendations for adjustments.
  • Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling email content and templates.
  • Segment email lists and target specific audiences for personalized campaigns.
