We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager/Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our lead generation efforts, ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns, and enhancing our brand presence in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will be a high level communicator (verbal and written) and have at least 7 years of hands-on professional experience implementing all aspects of B2B lead generation. Previous ownership of lead generation results, coupled with a strong educational and professional marketing background are required. This is a strategic as well as hands on role.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing with ownership of lead generation and marketing results.
  • Ability to craft and execute effective B2B marketing plans.
  • Skilled in managing content that engages target audiences (ability to write professional, technical content preferred but not necessary) .
  • Proficiency in PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Expertise in creating email campaigns and drip sequences for lead nurturing.
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience organizing and promoting webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, and videos.
  • Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value prospects.
  • Manage CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure lead quality.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition.
  • Regularly analyze and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
