Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in social media management and web development.
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and management tools.
- Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday in alignment with company needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Oversee all marketing channels (digital, social media, and traditional) to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and analyze campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily content creation, posting, and scheduling across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Engage with followers and monitor social media trends to refine strategies.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Optimize the website for performance, speed, and search engine rankings (SEO).
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
- Collaborate design and content to ensure the website reflects the brand identity and supports marketing campaigns.
