Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Hands-on experience in building and executing EDM campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software.
- Experience with CRM management and querying databases to segment audiences effectively.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and tools like LinkedIn Helper for professional networking and outreach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Mid-level marketing experience with a strong emphasis on campaign execution.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly with corporate clients.
- Familiarity with building EDMs and using CRMs.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall strategy.
- Use marketing automation tools, such as ACT! CRM Marketing
- Automation or similar, to design, schedule, and deploy Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns.
- Identify target groups from the CRM (e.g., staff from specific hotel chains who have purchased in the past) and create tailored campaigns to drive additional sales.
- Create simple and effective graphics using Canva for LinkedIn posts, blog hero images, and EDM visuals.
- Draft and refine marketing emails, social media posts, and other content to support campaigns.
- Manage and enhance the company’s LinkedIn presence, including posting content, engaging with the audience, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Helper for outreach.
- Track and measure campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data.
