We are looking for an eager, highly proactive, and self-motivated quick learner to join our growing team. As the business owner works full-time in a primary marketing role alongside this side-hustle venture, we need someone who thrives on independence and can reliably manage daily operations without needing constant hands-on supervision. No extensive prior experience is required—just strong English communication skills, high resourcefulness, and a drive to take ownership of tasks. Experience or interest in the fashion industry is a bonus!

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English (essential for handling customer calls and written inquiries).
  •  Work Style: High level of proactivity, initiative, and ability to work independently with minimal daily guidance.
  • Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and naturally resourceful when investigating new information or solving problems
  • Nice-to-Haves / Willing to Learn:
    • Educational or background experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
    • Basic familiarity with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo, or social media ads (full training provided).
Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Communication: Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and phone calls with high-level, fluent English communication.
  • Website Management & Conversion: Drive continuous improvement on our Shopify site beyond basic updates (partnering with external developers for complex builds when needed). Full training—including a funded Website Conversion Optimisation course—will be provided.
  • Research & Operational Support: Conduct ad-hoc business research to optimize operations (e.g., analyzing Australia Post rates and plan options, investigating logistics solutions, and finding process improvements).
  • Digital Advertising & Email: Support digital ad management across Meta, TikTok, and Google, as well as email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
  • Content Creation: Draft and edit engaging visual content using Canva and CapCut.
  • Influencer Outreach: Coordinate communications and manage outreach campaigns with influencers.
