Twisted Truth Media is a full-service media production and marketing agency founded in 2017. We specialize in creating compelling content that engages audiences and drives brand preference, competitive advantage, and sales for our clients.
As a Marketing Coordinator at Twisted Truth Media, you will be an integral part of our team, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives for our clients while ensuring the successful delivery of media production and marketing projects. Your role will encompass account and project management, digital marketing, and creative strategy, working closely with our pool of freelancers and the Managing Director. Some example projects you will help project manage include video/photo editing for businesses, events and weddings, website design, brand and packaging design, and more.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, account management, or project coordination, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in UK/AUS English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen creative eye and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with advertising tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Experience with website platforms like WordPress or Wix is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp and CRM/email marketing tools like Mailchimp is preferred.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand client needs, translate them into actionable project scopes, and manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Write detailed briefs for freelancers, manage project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Oversee a team of freelancers including video editors, graphic designers, web developers, and photographers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within scope and are delivered efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Twisted Truth Media’s standards and client expectations.
- Assist the Managing Director with diary management, meeting scheduling, and email correspondence as needed.
- Oversee client social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Assist in creating and managing digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Perform basic website design and updates, manage inventory, plugins, and backups.
- Write copy for various channels, including blogs, social media posts, email marketing, and websites.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Create basic graphic content, such as social media posts and promotional materials.
- Stay informed on current marketing trends and implement insights into client strategies.
- Generate performance reports and recommend optimizations to improve campaign outcomes.
