Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Tekmatix experience is a plus) and social media management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the promotion of podcasts across various platforms, ensuring timely uploads and distribution of episodes.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for podcast growth and engagement.
- Manage and maintain organized file management and asset libraries.
- Create and schedule social media posts to promote podcast episodes and engage audiences.
- Support LinkedIn management, connecting with potential clients, partners, and prospects to expand the network.
- Engage in conversations using pre-designed scripts and convert prospects into phone meetings.
- Learn and become proficient in the Tekmatix system to optimize its use within the business.
- Set up and manage nurture and promotional email sequences through Tekmatix.
- Assist in collecting and responding to customer reviews.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including calendar scheduling, email management, and data entry.
- Help with ad hoc tasks such as organizing gifts for clients.
- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing initiatives and day-to-day administrative duties.
