Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator (Virtual Assistant) will be responsible for Assisting and executing our social media strategy, managing our annual marketing calendar, and maintaining our ecommerce platforms. This role requires a creative, organized individual who can manage multiple digital channels while ensuring consistent brand presentation across Dollars and Sense (Shopify) and Price Busters platforms.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing social media in a fast-paced B2C environment.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation and graphic design. A portfolio of work done will be required to be presented during Interview process.
  • Proficiency in Facebook for Business (Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advantageous:
    • Previous Shopify experience (administration or product management).
    • Experience with TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, or Instagram Shop management.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce integrations.
    • Use of AI for digital content.
Job Responsibilities
  • Content Collection & Curation:
    • Make Price Tickets, Store Price and marketing Collateral to be sent to Price Busters and Dollars and Sense Stores.
    • Source and collect high-quality images from suppliers for social media and website use.
    • Coordinate with store teams to collect images and videos of in-store displays.
    • Organize and maintain digital asset library for marketing materials.
    • Ensure all content meets brand standards and platform requirements.
    • Liaison with Admin team for clearance and price change communications to stores.
    • “Catch all”
  • Social Media & Marketing Calendar Execution:
    • Implement and manage the Monthly and annual marketing calendar across all digital channels.
    • Schedule and coordinate seasonal campaigns as directed by management.
    • Design marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Express for promotional activities.
    • Monitor and maintain consistent posting schedules aligned with seasonal trends.
    • Update Google Locations and Apple Maps for both Brands.
  • Website & E-Commerce Management:
    • Update and maintain Dollars and Sense (Shopify) and Price Busters websites.
    • Upload products, images, and descriptions to website and online marketplaces.
    • Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and visually appealing.
    • Assist in listing products across TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, and Instagram Shop.
    • Manage product synchronization across multiple sales channels.
    • Troubleshoot basic listing and integration issues as they arise.
