- A self-starter mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and moving parts.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Desire to grow into a more strategic marketing role.
- Highly regarded (not essential):
● Hands-on experience in Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
● Previous exposure to email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc).
● Familiarity with basic analytics (Google Analytics, Meta reporting).
● Experience with Canva or similar tools for basic content creation.
● Understanding of landing pages or funnels (WordPress, ClickFunnels).
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, launching and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing activities across paid social, search, email and content.
- Support implementation of campaigns on:
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Google Ads (Search, Display, or Performance Max).
• Email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or similar). - Manage content scheduling and basic creative briefs for designers/video editors.
- Maintain brand consistency across channels and assets.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate promotional calendars, events, launches, and product updates.
- Perform light copywriting for social posts, landing pages or email campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners/agencies as required.
