Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Pipedrive, Klaviyo, WebinarGeek, and Zapier.
- Strong understanding of lead management, attribution, and CRM systems.
- Experience with WordPress, including content updates and SEO optimisation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in a marketing role focused on data and metrics.
- Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively across various audiences and formats.
- Experience drafting professional documents, reports, and marketing materials with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage approved marketing workflows across platforms such as WebinarGeek, Pipedrive Campaigns, Klaviyo, and Outfunnel.
- Create and optimise lead nurturing workflows to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain a reporting framework to track the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead sources, campaign ROI, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
- Track all leads from entry to conversion, ensuring complete visibility of sources and attribution.
- Use tools like Pipedrive and Zapier to automate lead tracking and follow-ups, ensuring accountability across teams
- Record accurate time spent on lead tracking and related activities.
- Manage the WordPress website, including updates, content creation, and SEO optimisation.
- Collaborate with external and internal teams to ensure the website supports overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with external parties managing social media platforms.
- Prepare to take over social media management if required, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
- Become proficient in company platforms and systems such as WebinarGeek, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, and Zapier.
- Troubleshoot and optimise system usage to enhance team efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by managing small projects or teams when needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment while supporting organisational goals.
