Job Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and execute engaging email campaigns (EDMs) to promote our travel experiences and offers.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness and engagement.
- Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Optimise website content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors for print production when necessary.
- Write compelling content for brochures, blogs, and other promotional materials.
- Utilise AI tools to generate and refine content ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Organise, update, and maintain the company’s image library for easy access and efficient use in marketing materials.
- Ensure all imagery aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Monitor the use of the brand’s visual and verbal identity to uphold standards.
