Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (internship or entry-level role) in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Support content creation efforts, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content development.
  • Maintain all document templates in line with the pre-established branding guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising marketing materials.
  • Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and community management.
  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Update and maintain the company website and other digital assets.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Ensuring the following of the Yenem Playbook
  • Maintain all document templates in line with the pre-established branding guidelines.
  • Change from support to leading some of these functions.
  • Other duties as required
