Job Description
The General VA/Marketing Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and digital marketing support to The Insight and Strategy Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, digital visibility, and seamless communication with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
You will be working closely with the leadership team, supporting both administrative and marketing functions, including CRM updates, email and LinkedIn outreach, social media publishing, and general virtual assistance tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant or remote support role preferred.
- Competent in general administration and digital tools.
- Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Zoho preferred).
- Experience with Canva or similar tools for simple content creation.
- Comfortable learning and using new software and digital platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and ensure timely responses or escalation as needed.
- CRM (HubSpot or Zoho) management including updates, segmentation, and campaign support (training provided).
- LinkedIn outreach and lead generation campaigns (training provided).
- Upload and distribute emails via HubSpot or Zoho (training provided).
- Create, update, and publish content across social media platforms (training provided).
- Design simple graphics and marketing assets using Canva (training provided).
- Maintain and update company website content (training provided).
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, document formatting, and file management.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and communications.
- Assist with online event coordination and webinar logistics.
- Participate in weekly team check-ins and progress reporting.
- Ensure a smooth and connected experience for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
