Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (internship or entry-level role) in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across YouTube, LinkedIn, email marketing, and website blogs.
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including video, graphics, and written content tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Manage and grow company presence on YouTube and LinkedIn, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Assist in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain and update the company website blog, ensuring regular, high-quality content that drives engagement and lead generation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights relevant to B2B marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure consistency with the company’s branding and marketing playbook.
