We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Process Coordinator (VA) to support our commercial real estate agency’s marketing, branding, and sales efforts. This role is pivotal in maintaining company branding consistency, executing marketing strategies for both the agency and clients, and ensuring seamless coordination of leasing, sales, and management campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have real estate marketing experience, be systems-oriented, and possess strong project management skills to keep multiple marketing and sales initiatives aligned.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Experienced front to end marketing skills.
  • Graduated with a marketing degree or related to that.
  • A marketing portfolio is needed.
  • Experienced social media management.
  • An understanding of the real estate marketing process.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in branding and marketing materials.
  • Data-driven mindset, able to analyze marketing metrics and optimize strategies.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing for leasing and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare presentations, client reports, and proposals.
  • Manage CRM systems for tracking leads, deal progression, and accurate input of all leads.
  • Marketing for property launches and events.
  • Organize and align marketing and sales projects with business goals.
  • Streamline workflows for marketing of leasing and sales campaigns.
  • Use automation to boost efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage company branding, property marketing, and client campaigns.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
  • Craft high-quality property listings, proposals, and promotional materials in collaboration with leasing and sales teams.
  • Oversee email marketing and lead generation efforts, ensuring engagement and timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize strategies.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar for consistent outreach and promotion.
  • Serves as the marketing and branding liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and social media engagement.
