Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Recent graduates and first time VA’s are welcome to apply.
- Full training on all company platforms will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Interest or experience with website content management or design.
- Interest or experience with Social Media (Management, Content Creation).
- An interest in event planning.
- Interest or experience in graphic design (Canva or similar).
- Some video editing experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) / Google Suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing event logistics, preparing event documents, managing timelines, and coordinating with vendors.
- Design & Content Creation: Create and update visual assets, social media content, marketing collateral, and website content in line with brand guidelines.
- Event Technology Management: Support the setup and maintenance of event platforms (e.g., Cvent), including managing content and troubleshooting issues.
- Delegate Liaison: Handle delegate inquiries via helpdesk (phone and email), provide tech and ticketing support, and log interactions in the CRM.
- Marketing Assistance: Contribute to social media management, campaign development, and marketing materials such as newsletters and brochures.
- Website Maintenance: Update the company website with blogs, case studies, vlogs, lead magnets, and event media using AI-assisted tools.
- Administrative Duties: Manage general inquiries via email and phone, act as the first point of contact, and direct communication to appropriate team members.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
