Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised team player who enjoys variety, cares about getting the details right, to provide strong administrative, operational, and digital marketing support.

This role is essential in assisting with marketing and sales leads and assisting with the online marketing of our brands.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and confident working in a fastpaced environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Highly organised and structured.
  • Excellent communicator with strong written English – spelling, grammar, and comprehension. A clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice and confidence to make phone calls.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a dynamic workload.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite – particularly Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of SEO.
  • Basic video editing and a desire to develop these skills.
  • Confidence working in the backend of websites.
Job Responsibilities
  • Utilising HubSpot to segment and process marketing leads.
  • Editing videos for YouTube, websites and TikTok.
  • Website (SilverStripe) maintenance and development – loading new tours, blogs, images and overall SEO (structure, content, onsite optimisation).
  • Loading tours onto third-party online travel platforms.
  • Reporting – HubSpot, meta and Google Analytics.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities – monitoring direct and indirect competition for travel marketing trends and ideas.
  • General administrative tasks and projects.
