Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Highly organised and structured.
- Excellent communicator with strong written English – spelling, grammar, and comprehension. A clear, easy-to-understand speaking voice and confidence to make phone calls.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a dynamic workload.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite – particularly Word and Excel.
- Understanding of SEO.
- Basic video editing and a desire to develop these skills.
- Confidence working in the backend of websites.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilising HubSpot to segment and process marketing leads.
- Editing videos for YouTube, websites and TikTok.
- Website (SilverStripe) maintenance and development – loading new tours, blogs, images and overall SEO (structure, content, onsite optimisation).
- Loading tours onto third-party online travel platforms.
- Reporting – HubSpot, meta and Google Analytics.
- Identifying marketing opportunities – monitoring direct and indirect competition for travel marketing trends and ideas.
- General administrative tasks and projects.
