Job Description
The Marketing Admin Specialist is responsible for seeing the big picture and creating content as required. This role is half creative and half organisational but great organising skills are the priority. You need to support our Digital Marketing Specialist, who creates most content.
The most important factor in this role is trying to make sure that our marketing initiatives are effective and generating engagement; and if not, be able to pivot or improve so as to make these initiatives effective and engaging. This role makes the difference between just producing content or actually getting into conversations with potential clients, as well as our existing ones.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing support, admin, or coordinator role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools such as ActiveCampaign, HighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Support and implement marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Manage and update website content, links, and backend systems.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Specialist on design and branding requirements.
- Draft newsletters, scripts, and social media copy as needed.
- Publish and monitor social media content to maximise engagement.
- Analyse campaign metrics to refine and enhance performance.
- Oversee digital ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.), optimise budgets and ROI.
- Identify underperforming ads early and adjust targeting or content accordingly.
- Develop and manage outreach campaigns and email sequences for cold leads.
- Generate and present KPI and marketing performance reports to leadership.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of webinars and marketing events.
- Contribute to the Wine and Finance initiative and community-building efforts.
- Document marketing procedures and create efficient systems for repeatability.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to team discussions and strategy planning.
