Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Completed Senior High School or holds a College Degree/Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or trucking operations (Open to any international or local account experience).
- Communication: High level of English proficiency and strong comprehension. Must possess the confidence to effectively coordinate with logistics operations teams and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data entry, email management, and basic MS Office. Experience with scheduling or logistics software is a strong advantage.
- Core Traits: Exceptional attention to detail (for error-free job bookings) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter new job bookings accurately into the transport system.
- Process and verify transport documentation according to company and regulatory standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and internal team emails.
- Assist with various scheduling tasks to support the operations team.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and Australian transport.
