Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Logistics & Admin Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of orders, coordinate with drivers, and ensure all order and delivery details are accurate and up-to-date. You’ll be using software like ShipStation, Shopify, and spreadsheets to input data and double-check details.
This is a critical role – we need someone who thinks ahead, spots mistakes before they happen, and has the common sense to solve problems independently.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Have exceptional attention to detail – you double-check everything and rarely miss a step.
- Use common sense and logic – you think through tasks and anticipate what might go wrong.
- Are reliable and responsive – especially during busy periods.
- Have experience with ShipStation, Shopify, or similar e-commerce tools (preferred).
- Are confident working with spreadsheets and keeping things organised.
- Have excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Have your own computer and stable internet connection.
- Are located in the Philippines and comfortable working in AEST business hours.
Job Responsibilities
- Input and manage order details from Shopify and other sales platforms.
- Use ShipStation to create and verify shipping labels.
- Double-check address and order information for accuracy before dispatch.
- Coordinate delivery runs with our drivers (via WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Monitor daily deliveries and flag any issues early.
- Maintain up-to-date order and tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist with basic admin tasks and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with our packing team and customer service team.
