As a Loan Writer, you will play a critical role in supporting our Mortgage Advisers and ensuring smooth loan application processes. Your responsibilities will revolve around delivering excellent service to clients, maintaining meticulous records, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate loan approvals and settlements.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in loan writing, mortgage broking, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive and client-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of lending products and financial services.
- Experience with pre-screening financial documents.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and liaising with insurers.
- Marketing and event coordination experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Mortgage Advisers with daily tasks related to loan applications.
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met with high attention to detail.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Pre-screen supporting documents before passing them to Mortgage Advisers and Loan Writers.
- Directly interact with clients to obtain necessary documents for loan applications.
- Screen bank statements, payslips, IDs, and other required documents.
- Monitor and manage the renewal of Pre-Approval expiries, fixed rate rollovers, and annual reviews in the CRM.
- Package and process all loan applications.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, valuers, and solicitors from interview to settlement.
- Provide ongoing client service and manage the client database.
- Handle Top-Up applications and fixed rate rollover pricing.
- Conduct direct client interviews for completing applications when required.
- Manage email inbox as needed.
- Complete insurance referrals and coordinate with clients, insurers, and doctors for policy issuance.
- Produce marketing materials for local opportunities and coordinate events.
- Check final loan structures and settle loans in the CRM, ensuring accurate information in all tabs and correct documentation.
- Manage post-settlement and ongoing client management programs.
