Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- A passion for workplace wellbeing and making a positive impact.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, mainly LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile.
- Nurture relationships and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and provide proposals.
- Collect, cleanse, and organise data from various sources.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data documentation.
- Assist in managing our CRM system (Active Campaign).
- Design and implement data processes and automations.
- Support database maintenance and security measures.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
- Create reports and dashboards using various tools.
