This role ensures smooth coordination of influencer partnerships, keeps accurate records of posts and contracts, monitors responsiveness, and helps the team stay organized with campaign and partnership details.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, influencer management, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups and partnerships simultaneously.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Monday.com, spreadsheets, and other outreach tools.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Professional, reliable, and able to positively represent the company to influencers and partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and referrals.
- Reach out to potential partners and influencers to iron out the details of their collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, contracts, post counts, and deadlines in CRM and Monday.com.
- Ensure influencers understand and agree to terms of their contracts and follow up to confirm compliance.
- Monitor partnership timelines and relay information on expiring agreements or pending payments.
- Track the number of posts and ensure deliverables are met by influencers.
- Collect screenshots and proof of social media activity, and verify engagement as part of the partnership.
- Report on influencer responsiveness and trends to the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer activity with campaign goals and marketplace objectives.
- Provide feedback on lead trends, objections, and opportunities for process improvement.
