Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing landing pages.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing landing page designs and optimization results is required with application submission.
Job Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and highly functional landing pages that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure landing pages have compelling and relevant copy that drives conversions.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize landing page performance, including headlines, images, copy, and CTAs.
- Monitor and analyze landing page performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure landing pages are optimized for search engines to improve organic traffic.
- Prioritize user experience by ensuring landing pages are intuitive, responsive, and fast-loading.
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and developers to ensure landing pages meet business objectives and technical requirements.
- Organize and maintain landing page assets, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance landing page design and performance.
