- Education: Degree or current studies in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Fundamental skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Coding Aptitude: Must demonstrate coding ability through university projects, personal portfolios, or internships.
- Logic: Strong logical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
- Framework Exposure: Basic familiarity with modern tools like React, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- AI Interest: Genuine curiosity about using AI coding assistants and emerging automation tools.
- Soft Skills: Must possess kindness, humility, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing and maintenance of Axiapac’s web applications, websites and digital tools.
- Contribute to practical software solutions that improve internal efficiency, customer experience and product capability.
- Build strong core development skills across front-end, back-end, databases and integrations, with the opportunity to grow into more advanced work in automation, AIenabled workflows and business systems over time.
- Apply sound coding ability, curiosity and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable, well-structured and maintainable software.
- Assist in the development, testing and maintenance of web applications, websites and internal software tools.
- Support front-end development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Support back-end development tasks such as APIs, database queries, business logic and system integrations under guidance from senior team members.
- Write clean, organised and maintainable code following team standards and development best practices.
- Help troubleshoot, debug and resolve software issues, defects and usability problems.
- Assist with bug fixes, minor enhancements and support-related development work for existing systems.
- Contribute to website updates, landing pages, forms, lead capture flows and other digital assets used by marketing and sales.
- Work with databases and application data to support accurate, reliable and efficient system performance.
- Participate in testing, quality assurance and deployment activities.
- Use developer tools, AI coding assistants and other productivity tools appropriately to improve speed, learning and code quality.
- Assist in integrating third-party services, APIs and business systems where required.
- Learn how Axiapac’s software supports business processes across operations, finance, projects, HR and customer management.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical development tasks.
- Document development work clearly, including technical notes, change logs and setup instructions where needed.
- Continuously build skills in software development, web technologies, databases, AI tools and business systems.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by helping identify waste, inefficiencies and opportunities to simplify workflows.
