Join our vibrant ladies’ fashion brand at Pawlie! We’re looking for a talented individual to edit and repurpose our video content into captivating ads and trending social media content. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creativity, storytelling, and audience engagement. You’ll experiment with different ideas and techniques, and while we’ll provide plenty of content, we welcome your input and fresh content creation ideas. Knowledge of graphic design and/or photo editing is a plus.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • A creative individual with an interest in ladies fashion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minumum of 1 year experience in video editing, with a focus on social media content creation, and meta ads.
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, facebook and TikTok.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Edit videos for various projects, ensuring high-quality production standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Create eye-catching and dynamic Reels for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create thumb stopping ads for platforms including meta and google.
  • Select and arrange video segments to tell a cohesive and compelling story.
  • Ensure that the visual style and tone of the video align with our brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative editing techniques.
  • Manage and organize video assets, maintaining an efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including social media managers and content creators, to achieve cohesive multimedia campaigns.
